So you want to earn money online. That’s great and you CAN DO IT TOO! It’s not hard at all. One of the easiest ways to make money online is by selling products online. You can sell your own products or someone else’s. The great thing about selling someone else’s products is you do not have to buy any products or inventory and you do not have to ship anything. This frees up your time to market your butt off.
Affiliate marketing is all about selling products from Affiliate programs. They will bring you the products to sell and pay you a good commission for each and every sale. All you have to do is drive traffic to the affiliate products. If you do this, you will make sales. Sales is all about numbers. I’ve taken several marketing courses in college and you learn the same thing. If you have enough traffic, you can sell anything. And if it’s a good product with a good sales pitch, you will sell a ton. These are great programs that enable anyone to sell online and make some serious cash with little or no money of your own.
The best products to sell are ones that you yourself would buy or have an interest in. It is much easier to sell a product that you believe in or would buy. This is my recommendation and it works for me. You should also do some market research by analyzing some keyword phrases that pertain to the products you are interested in selling. This will determine if there is good demand and traffic.Look at the number of searches per month and also competition. Ideally, you’re looking for medium to high traffic and low competition.
So what products are available to sell? There are thousands or products from electronics to books to clothing to movies to cell phones. You name it and there is most likely an affiliate who has it. You can search through the directory for an affiliate program or if you know what type of products you want to sell, do a Google search for the product name and then add affiliate (example: DVD affiliate). You will see all affiliates that offer that product.
Now that you have found a product or products to sell, you need to create a website to promote the products. This part is easy even if you do not know how to create a web page. In my opinion, the best type of website to use for affiliate marketing is a blog. A blog is a website that is like a diary. It has entries posted to it in chronological order with a title and body. You will write articles or posts about your affiliate products using profitable keywords. Blogs are really easy to create. WordPress is the best blogging platform to use. It’s easy to setup and very easy to use. You do not need to know how to write any HTML or CSS code. You just need to know how to write well and have some marketing skills. All of this can be learned by reading books or researching on the web.
Now that you have a blog, how do you get traffic? That’s also pretty easy but will require some hard work and dedication. The traffic will mostly come from the search engines and it’s free. Since search engines love text based websites and blogs are exactly that, you will get traffic by writing posts on your blog about your products either as product reviews, product news, information, etc. The more content you have on your bog the more traffic you will get from the search engines. It is important to write useful information and write frequently, like once or twice per day. You could get some good traffic in 6 months to a year. It depends on the topic and how well you use SEO in your blog.
So how much can one make with Affiliate Marketing? It all depends on you. Some people make $20K per month and some make $500 per month and then others $200K per month. How much would you like to make? It’s all up to you.

This is so TRUE!!!
If you haven’t been using EntreCard to promote your blog, you’re probably missing out on one of the best tools bloggers have to garner short bursts of traffic on a regular basis. Sure, there are detractors who will say EntreCard turns only traffic with a high bounce rate and most people visiting a site from EntreCard are only visiting sites to drop cards and earn credits. However, in my experience, regardless of how traffic is generated, whether it be from EntreCard, MyBlogLog, StumbleUpon or even organic SEO, there will always be a significant bounce rate and a lower percentage of visitors who remain on a site more than a few minutes.
