Residual Income From Blogs

Here is an amazing fact about earning money online with blogs:
The money keeps coming in even after you stop working.
This is absolutely 100% correct. After you have worked hard writing articles (posts) on your blog and generating links from readers, your hard earned traffic will continue virtually forever. You could stop working on your blog for a week or a month or even a year. The traffic is still there and the checks will continue to come in. You see search engines will continue to send you visitors and your links will do the same also. Nothing stops when you do. The links don’t disappear, Google doesn’t drop you and surfers don’t stop clicking on your ads. Everything continues as before. You may see a small drop in page rank or traffic but not much.
I created a blog about a year ago and added 20 or 30 posts to it. I think I spent 40 or 50 total hours on it. It managed to get 140 visitors from the search engines after a few months. I stopped working on it and pursued some other things. One year later, the blog is still averaging 140 visitors per day. I have done nothing with it in over a year. I thought this was simply amazing.
Want to retire early? Create a blog or two and work on them as much as you can. Write interesting and useful articles (posts) for let’s say 2 years. You should end up with about 500 posts on the blog. This could generate some serious traffic and possibly make you $5,000 - $10,000 per month. Now, after you have worked hard for 2 years and are making let’s say $8,000 per month, you may retire and still earn $8,000 per month for the rest of your life. This is called residual income.
Does this sound interesting to you? And it is not “too good to be true”. It works!
